Zojirushi's Commercial Water Boiler and Warmer (CD-LTC50) is a 169 ounce capacity water boiler that boils and keeps water hot at a set temperature for as long as it's plugged in. Select from one of three temperatures, 208°F, 195°F, and 175°F, which are the optimal temperatures for brewing different varieties of tea.
The new 'Quick Temp' mode quickly brings the water to either 195°F or 175°F without reaching a boil.
