Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority

The Capitol Corridor is a Northern California intercity passenger train system traversing a 170-mile rail corridor, with an extensive network of bus connections, serving the second-largest urban area in the West. It is a partnership among six Bay Area transit agencies including The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART), Amtrak, the Union Pacific Railroad and Caltrans.

Since 2000, we've created a number of comprehensive, interactive websites and applications for Capitol Corridor, including a Trip Planner, Station Locator and content-management system for in-house updates. This is an ongoing relationship which has grown alongside the CCJPA and their goals to provide excellent service to their riders.

Contributions: capitolcorridor.org, Trip Planner, Station Locator and Real-Time Status application. Design and development (php, css, xhtml, javascript, mysql), copy editing, search engine optimization, html training, ecommerce integration and ongoing maintenance for all sites and applications
