California Hospice And Palliative Care Association

The California Hospice And Palliative Care Association (CHAPCA) is a membership association that promotes and strengthens the delivery of hospice care for terminally ill patients and their families through education and advocacy.

The organization's website was out-of-date and ready for a complete overhaul. We redesigned the site and built the Find A Hospice application that allows the user to locate a hospice in their area.

Contributions: calhospice.org, Find A Hospice, design and development (php, css, xhtml, javascript, mysql, wordpress), copy editing, search engine optimization, blog integration, html training, and ongoing maintenance for sites and applications. Also see cahospicefoundation.com.
