California Hospice Foundation

The California Hospice Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that advocates for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families through public outreach, education and research.

The foundation's website was out-of-date and ready for a complete overhaul. We redesigned the site and built the Find A Hospice application that allows the user to locate a hospice in their area.

Contributions: cahospicefoundation.com, Find A Hospice, design and development (php, css, xhtml, javascript, mysql), copy editing, search engine optimization, html training, and ongoing maintenance for sites and applications. Also see calhospice.org.
